| identification test | in sample 1m1, add 5ml of 10% potassium hydroxide ethanol solution, install a reflux condenser, heat in a water bath for 1h, and the original special aroma disappears. After cooling, 1ml of dilute hydrochloric acid test solution (TS-117) and 8ml of water are added, and the liquid shows acetate reaction (IT-1). Take 0.2g of sample, put it into an evaporator, add nitric acid 1 m1, heat it in a water bath for 20min, and then steam it dry on a sand bath, but do not carbonize it. After cooling, add 4ml of water and 0.5ml of sodium hydroxide test solution (TS-224) to dissolve it, then adjust it to weak acid with dilute nitric acid test solution (TS-158), then transfer it to a test tube, and add lml of silver nitrate test solution (TS-210) to produce white precipitate. When diluted nitric acid is added to adjust to strong acidity, the precipitation dissolves. |
